'Real progress' made at Wellingborough HMP Five Wells prison inspector finds 'weaknesses', 'serious errors' and 'shortcomings'

HM Chief Inspector of Prisons has visited Wellingborough’s HMP Five Wells with the unannounced inspection finding ‘real progress’ as well as 'weaknesses', 'serious errors' and 'shortcomings'.
